Shipper / Shipping & Delivery Associate (Full Time)

Location: Neenah, WI

Printron is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Delivery Associate to help ensure products are prepared, shipped, and delivered accurately and safely. This role combines warehouse coordination, shipping support, and local delivery responsibilities.

• Prepare products and materials for shipment
• Pack, label, and organize outgoing shipments
• Verify incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• Complete shipping paperwork and delivery documentation
• Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers
• Deliver products to customers using company vehicles
• Assist with inventory and shipping supply organization
• Use computers and shipping systems to track orders and shipments
• Support safe and organized warehouse operations
• Work collaboratively with production and shipping teams

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed
• Ability to operate safely within company driving and safety guidelines

• Frequent standing and walking
• Lifting and moving materials
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts
• Exposure to varying temperatures, warehouse traffic, and production activity
