• Job Title: Asphalt Maintenance Technician
• Status: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for experienced asphalt technicians for the following crews:

• Infrared Asphalt Patching Crew
• Hot Rubberized Crack Sealing Crew
• Asphalt Seal Coating Crew

Immediate opening for experienced Seal Coating & Crack Sealing foreman with up to $30.00 per hour and flexible scheduling.

Two sets of pay scales have been established based upon experience. Experience operating within this field is highly encouraged, but unexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

ALL POSITIONS require a valid driver’s license that meets our company’s insurance regulations.

Previous experience is preferred, but not required. All positions require working weekends as weather permits. Compensation is based upon experience in any phase of our operations.

We are looking for an experienced tractor/backhoe operator. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license that satisfies our insurance regulations.

This position requires experienced candidates only with previous PREP experience. Skills include working with case tractors and backhoes to prepare surfaces for asphalt paving, grading, saw‑cutting, grade shooting, and compaction.

Immediate openings for full‑time seasonal dump truck drivers are available for the 2026 construction season.

Positions require a clean, valid Class A or B CDL license that satisfies our company’s insurance regulations. Preferred previous experience working with an asphalt paving company.
