Salary
: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Deliver automotive parts to wholesale customers promptly and courteously.
• Verify delivery orders for accuracy and ensure all items are properly accounted for.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, representing Bergstrom Automotive positively.
• Safely operate and maintain company delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading parts from the delivery vehicle.
• Collect payments or required documentation from customers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the parts department and customers regarding delivery schedules or delays.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs or issues promptly.
• Assist with parts inventory management, stocking, and organization when not making deliveries.

Flexible schedule between 7:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday‑Friday. Options include:

• 5 days per week, 4–5 hours per day
• 2–3 days per week, 8‑hour shifts

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to adhere to delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with automotive parts or dealership operations is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable operating a wide range of vehicles, from compact EVs to larger vans such as the Ford Transit.
• Proficient in basic smartphone operations to efficiently use Bergstrom's logistics software and applications.
