Direct overall shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient flow of products;
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse;
Verify the quality and count of incoming materials, components, and equipment deliveries;
Coordinate with production, customer service, and management to communicate shipment status and resolve issues;
Develop and implement inventory control policies, conduct physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies to improve accuracy and efficiency
