Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Neenah, WI Position Description
This position consists of multiple duties across two sites following to work in different areas and multiple sites is a requirement for this position. This position is not a static role, although the main duties will consist of receiving at "Location 1".
Warehouse Clerk (Location1)
- Operating forklift, powered hand jack, and manual hand jack. (Certifications preferred, or willingness to be trained and certified).
- Loading/Unloading trucks.
- Fulfilling orders according to pick lists. Compile job order requests. Picking parts per request, and shipping/sending requested parts to the area of request.
- Receiving:
Following the receiving clerk procedures- Receiving parts into SAP.
- Issuing parts to work orders.
- Cataloging parts to Laydown Yard Manager (LDM).
- Shipping:
Following receiving clerk procedures- Shipping items to mills within the United States, as well as global mills.
- Shipping items to secondary service vendors.
- Maintaining metrics data, cost savings spreadsheets and various warehouse reports.
- Material handling duties such as:
- Skidding and re-skidding parts.
- Handling materials with forklifts and hand jacks.
- Emptying scrap bins, as well as cardboard and other waste bins.
- Inventory Responsibilities:
- Cycle counting.
- Regular inventory counting.
- Uploading and organizing scanned packing lists.

Following receiving clerk procedures- Compile job order requests. Picking parts per requests, and shipping/sending requested parts to area of request.
- Uploading and organizing scanned packing lists.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic logistical system capabilities.
- Basic computer and Outlook capabilities.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in place.
- Commitment to working accurately, effectively, and timely both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work at any of the above locations as requested.
- Solid work history and demonstrate a desire to succeed.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to squat, bend/twist at waist while carrying item(s).
- Frequent walking and standing.
