6:00am - 2:30pm

Join our dynamic Shipping Department in Neenah, WI as a Shipping Associate, where your attention to detail, technical skills, and team spirit will contribute to the seamless flow of our logistics operations. This fast-paced role offers an engaging environment with opportunities for growth and skill development.

• - Operate RF scan guns for accurate inventory tracking and order processing
• - Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including box clamp lifts, to move and organize products efficiently
• - Use pallet jacks to transport goods within the warehouse
• - Run roll pack machines during order fulfillment to prepare shipments
• - Collaborate frequently with team members to ensure timely shipment completion
• - Communicate effectively via walkie-talkies to coordinate movements and updates across the warehouse
• - Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all shipments are accurate and discrepancies are minimized
• - Perform accurate counting of inventory and shipped items
• - Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including assisting in production during slow shipping days
• - Support the team in a fast-paced environment, often involving bending, squatting, and manual lifting of 15-35 lbs. as needed

• - Experience operating RF scanners and forklift equipment (stand-up and sit-down models)
• - Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly and comfortably perform physical tasks
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• - Basic proficiency with walkie-talkies and warehouse equipment
