Outstanding Salary Packages: Earn between £28,000 and £45,800
, based on skills and experience.

Ongoing Training: Manufacturer‑specific courses, including cutting‑edge EV and electrical training, to stay ahead in the evolving automotive world.

Generous £4,000 Sign‑On Bonus: £2,000 paid in your first month and £2,000 after six months.

Technicians holding a nationally recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification may start at JLR Level 3.

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards of precision and quality.
• Bring expertise across all aspects of vehicle care, from straightforward servicing to complex diagnostics.
• Focus on delivering first‑time fixes, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our service.

• Service & Maintenance Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £36,200
• Service & Diagnostic Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £38,600
• Senior Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £41,000
• Master Technician & MOT Tester: Basic salary up to £45,800

• A formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• A full UK driving licence and your own tools.
