Position: Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Commercial Plumber / Pipe fitters to begin work for a well-established company in the Colne area.

About the role:

Working Hours - Monday – Friday - 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate - £220 per day
Brief

Role Description –

We are looking for experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipe fitters to work on a project at a School.

Duties will include:

* Removal of existing copper infrastructure

* Installation of new domestic water services following existing routes

* Installing pipework onto existing containment where suitable

* Installing new brackets for phenolic blocks

* Completing wall and floor penetrations with approved fire-stopping compounds

* Connecting new infrastructure directly to existing equipment

* Isolation of existing services as required to complete works safely

* Drain-down, flushing and recommissioning of affected domestic water systems

* Installation of valves, fittings, supports and fixings required for a complete installation

* Installation of TMVs and thermal expansion systems

* Installation of phenolic insulation and identification labelling

* Pressure testing of all new pipework installations to relevant standards

* Long-term work for the right candidate

* Start: 27/07/26

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* You must be a time served/qualified Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter

* Previous commercial plumbing experience required

* CSCS / JIB
