Retail General Manager

Position: Retail General Manager Indigo
Take the reins as a Retail General Manager at Indigo, where books meet community and creativity. Your leadership will be key in enhancing both employee and customer satisfaction.

You will support your team through effective coaching and feedback, ensuring that operational and visual standards are met. • Engage the community through marketing and events

• Uphold employee well-being and safety practices

• Meet and exceed sales plans consistently

Requirements:

• College degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

• At least 3 years of management experience required

• Flexibility to adjust to various shifts, including weekends

• Ability to lift medium to large items safely

• Bilingualism in French and English necessary for roles in Québec
