Finance Administrator (Creditors & Debtors Clerk) White River, Mpumalanga Our client, a well-established agricultural group based near White River, is seeking a Finance Administrator (Creditors & Debtors Clerk) to join their finance team. This position is ideally suited to a detail-oriented and organised individual with solid bookkeeping and financial administration experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, filing, and bookkeeping of creditors and debtors documentation across four companies within the group, ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage creditors and debtors filing systems.
- Process and capture financial transactions accurately and timeously.
- Perform creditor and debtor reconciliations.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is correctly filed and maintained.
- Assist with bookkeeping functions across multiple entities within the group.
- Address account queries and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the finance department with general administrative and accounting duties.
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate.
- 2–5 years' experience in a similar finance administration, creditors, or debtors role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Practical experience working with Xero Accounting Software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification (Certificate or Diploma – NQF Level 5 or higher (Not a requirement).
- Experience using Meat Matrix (abattoir software).
- Previous experience within the agricultural, livestock, or food production sectors.
