• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with clients' standards
• Ensure food presentation meets the clients' visual and quality standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are stocked and used efficiently
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Menu planning and the development of new recipes

• 5+ Years proven experience as a Professional Chef
• Formal culinary qualifications
• Exceptional cooking skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Creative and innovative approach to cooking
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude

R15 000 Cost to Company

45 Hours flexi time
