Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
- Gather and process customer and account information to assess banking needs.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, recommending solutions aligned with their goals.
- Proactively reach out to clients for follow‑up and to learn about their financial needs and channel preferences.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
- Leverage digital products and self‑service technologies to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Hold National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and comply with related criminal and credit record requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
- Basic proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customers’ needs.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset.
- Ability to make appropriate recommendations that meet customers’ needs both reactively and proactively.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00
