General Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a dedicated leader to manage daily operations of a store. This role blends customer service, financial oversight, and team leadership to maintain the highest standards of quality and profitability.

• Oversee all shift activities, ensuring cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations are handled professionally.
• Maintain 100 % compliance with company policies and procedures, setting an example for the crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, food management, marketing, and store cleanliness to support profitability.
• Enforce a perfect image and adherence to visual standards, delivering excellent customer service and punctuality.

• Operate all store equipment and perform daily operations, including receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Stock ingredients, maintain inventory, clean equipment, and complete related paperwork.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers and coworkers.
• Proficient in basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately, and provide correct monetary change.
• Enter orders accurately using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle if delivery duties are required.
• Ability to navigate a delivery area and handle delivery tasks in various conditions.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lb
  ), carry, push, and climb stairs as needed.
• Ability to work in environments with temperature fluctuations, food odors, and cornmeal dust.
• Manual dexterity for handling ovens, hot surfaces, and food packaging.
