Compensation$19.75/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential.
LocationCompanion Animal – Neosho – 1440 Malcolm Mosby.
HoursAfternoon/Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 1 pm‑9 pm.

What You’ll DoYou will support and execute critical operational activities as a Skilled Operator to achieve production targets at our Companion Animal Neosho location. Responsibilities include discharging, loading, transporting, and labeling materials while operating specialized machinery. You will perform routine operational processes, execute small maintenance tasks on production equipment, and accurately log data into the appropriate systems. You will signal process deviations and maintain a clean and safe work area in strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
You will help drive operational excellence while contributing to our broader purpose of “Feeding the Future.”
We are looking for a dedicated team player with a high‑school diploma, previous manufacturing experience, and a strong sense of urgency. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks while performing semi‑routine work such as operating machinery, performing small maintenance tasks, and logging production data. Proficiency in operating specialized tools, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset are required.
A forklift experience is an asset.
- Manufacturing experience and a high‑school diploma in a production setting.
- Operational proficiency: operating specialized equipment and machinery, discharging, loading, transporting, and cleaning materials; driver’s license required.
- Maintenance and technical documentation: ability to inspect equipment, perform small maintenance tasks, and accurately log data.
- Safety and regulatory compliance: strictly follow work instructions and comply with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Accountability and teamwork: exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to personal accountability, urgency, and team success.
