Production Operator - 1st Shift

Facilitate manufacturing and distribution of vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredient, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry. The Production Operator is the front-line employee who performs manufacturing processes that add value and quality to the inputs and create the final high-quality products.

• Receive and handle raw materials.
• Operate proprietary processes to add value and maintain product quality.
• Package final products.
• Ensure safety, quality and sanitation throughout the production line.
• Maintain efficiency and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines.

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Strong comprehension, critical thinking, safety and time management skills.
• Ability to work well with others, coordinate team efforts and adapt to changes.
• Active learning and listening abilities.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and raising arms while wearing personal protective equipment. Work across temperature zones, dust exposure, and accommodate days, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
