Production Worker (2nd Shift)

Sigma Inc. is hiring Production Workers for a leading manufacturing facility in Neosho, MO. If you have manufacturing or forklift experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we encourage you to apply!

• Bag and palletize corn seed according to production requirements.
• Treat, bag, and palletize soybean seed.
• Follow written production orders, including quantities, lot numbers, and labeling instructions.
• Perform repetitive production and packaging tasks with accuracy.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and/or forklifts as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete additional production duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, dusty, and chemical exposure environments while wearing PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to successfully complete forklift training.
