We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team at our Main Plant Nutra Blend facility in Neosho, MO. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

As a part of our production team, you will be involved in corn seed bagging and palletizing, as well as soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions and perform repetitive production activities. Training is provided, and proficiency is quickly achieved on the job.

• 1 year of manufacturing work experience
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments
• Ability to follow written production orders, including quantities, lot numbers, and labels
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Steel toe shoes required

• Machine operation and/or forklift experience
• Excellent punctuality and solid communication skills
• Ability to pass forklift training test
• Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines

• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods in a fast-paced environment
