La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Neosho, MO is hiring for a 2nd shift Furniture Builder to hand-build quality upholstered furniture in a fast-paced production cell. This role requires standing up to 10 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using power tools as part of daily tasks.
You will rotate through upholstery, framing, cushion, final assembly and packaging steps, ensuring tickets are scanned and units meet specifications. Benefits include medical, vision, dental and a 401(k) plan.
