Production Worker

Compensation: $19.75/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium (2nd shift only)

Location: Companion Animal – Neosho – 1440 Malcolm Mosby

Hours: 1st Shift: M-F, 5 am-1 pm

Support and execute critical operational activities as a Skilled Operator at our Companion Animal Neosho location. Responsibilities include discharging, loading, transporting, and labeling materials, operating specialized machinery, performing routine operations, small maintenance tasks, and logging data accurately. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.

• Operate specialized equipment and machinery, including discharging, loading, transporting, and cleaning materials.
• Perform routine operational processes and small maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Accurately log data into production systems.
• Signal process deviations and promote safety and quality awareness.
• Maintain clean and safe work area following company guidelines.

• High school diploma.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift experience an asset.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment and machinery.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork.
