• Support and execute critical operational activities to achieve production targets at our Companion Animal Neosho location.
• Discharge, load, transport, and label materials while operating specialized machinery.
• Perform routine operational processes and small maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Accurately log data into appropriate systems.
• Signal any process deviations and keep the work area clean and safe, complying with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Help drive operational excellence while contributing to our purpose of “Feeding the Future.”

• High school diploma and previous manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment and machinery, including discharging, loading, transporting, and cleaning materials. A driver’s license is required; prior forklift experience is an asset.
• Skill to inspect equipment, perform small maintenance tasks, and accurately log data into production systems.
• Strict adherence to mandatory work instructions and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Proactive problem‑solver who signals process deviations and promotes awareness of unsafe situations, demonstrating personal accountability, urgency, and teamwork.
