La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Neosho, MO is seeking a 1st shift Furniture Builder. This physically demanding role involves hand-building upholstered furniture, standing for long periods, and lifting at least 50 lbs. Typical shift is Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime on Fridays.
You will work in a team to upholster, frame, cushion and assemble units, using staple guns and power tools, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
