La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a production worker for fast-paced upholstery operations. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using power tools to assemble frames, cushions, and final components.
You will work in a cell, coordinating with teammates to meet daily production goals and quality standards. The position runs 4 PM – 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday with mandatory overtime on Fridays.
