Opal Foods LLC is seeking a full-time Quality Control Technician at our Missouri Hathaway Processing Plant in Neosho. You will ensure products meet USDA and customer specs and monitor food safety and sanitation per HACCP and GMP policies.
Responsibilities include pre-op sanitation inspections, monitoring nest run and finished products, labeling verification, and equipment parameter tracking. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential; high school diploma required.
