Monday–Friday, 1pm–9pm (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including grinding, mixing, and bag‑filling equipment.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and troubleshoot malfunctions, proposing effective solutions.
- Communicate process deviations, order spare parts, and support R&D labs and utility facilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in strict compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production reliability.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience on industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical installations (e.g., grinders, mixers, bag‑fillers).
- Hands‑on experience with pneumatic conveying, auger conveying, rotary valves, pneumatics, dust collection, and control wiring.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Proactive problem‑solving and task prioritization abilities.
