Truck Driver​/Yard Dog 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Drives truck with a capacity of more than 3 tons, to transport materials to and from specified destinations.

• Transports and spots trailers for shipping and receiving.
• Checks vehicle lights, signals, etc. to ensure proper operation.
• Maintains loaded and empty trailers in designated locations.
• Ensures all heavy loaded trailers are parked on appropriate surfaces.
• Opens trailer doors on all LZB trailers.
• Performs CTPAT functions when required.
• Organizes trailer yard and performs regular inventories.
• Follows health and safety standards.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties.
• Excellent attendance.
• Active Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be able to meet the qualifications noted in the company’s Driver Management Program to be considered for the role.

Weekly hours: 40.
