Sales Support Analyst

Vaco is hiring a Sales Support Analyst to support major e-commerce retail accounts through data analysis, forecasting, reporting, inventory planning, and operational support. This position works closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive growth across online channels.

• Support e-commerce sales teams with reporting, analytics, and business insights
• Analyze key metrics including inventory levels, product availability, sales performance, pricing, profitability, and traffic trends
• Monitor inventory and assist with replenishment planning
• Track aging inventory and help resolve catalog and listing issues
• Analyze promotional performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns
• Assist with demand forecasting and sales projections
• Create trend and performance reports to identify opportunities and forecasting adjustments
• Support customer issue resolution and platform-related alerts
• Manage new product setup and maintain pricing, product specifications, and packaging information
• Support digital content management across third-party platforms
• Prepare reports covering shipments, sales performance, inventory, product history, budgeting, and planning data
• Assist with special projects and provide backup support for key sales initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Up to 5 years of experience in:
  • E-commerce
  • Consumer products
  • Sales analytics
  • Operations support
  • Reporting and business analysis

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
