As an Assistant Manager at Fla, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience for both our customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Employee Management
  :
  Lead and support our team by managing schedules, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone is set up for success.
• Scheduling
  :
  Create and manage work schedules for staff across our beach locations to ensure seamless operations.
• Inventory & Ordering
  :
  Keep our cafe stocked and ready by managing inventory and placing orders as needed.
• Training & Development
  :
  Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
• Problem‑Solving
  :
  Address and resolve any on‑site issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Front‑of‑House Support
  :
  Step in to assist with front‑of‑house tasks as needed, ensuring customers have a great experience at both beach locations.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of skills, experience, and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience
  :
  At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Leadership Skills

  Strong ability to motivate and manage a team while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Organizational Skills

  Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle scheduling, inventory, and day‑to‑day operations.
