Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Jacksonville, FL area.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations and ensuring the safety of team members.

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive the sales initiatives, and communicate directly with customers to provide information regarding repairs and maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
