• Initiate assessments based on patients' problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage care of patients.
• Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient‑centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia and lymphoma, in an inpatient setting.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS – AHA certification required.
• New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi‑state compact license required.
• Telemetry and Chemotherapy Certification with ONS preferred.
