• Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and bed Match diagnostic system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Maintain showroom floor appearance, including resetting displays and lifting up to 75 pounds to assist customers with loading purchases.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology such as tablets, mobile POS, and bed Match system to serve customers.
• Meet and interact with customers, understand their needs, and close sales.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day week with 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
