Special Education Math Teachers
The Neptune Township School District is seeking special education math teachers for the school year. This position reports to the building principal or supervisor, or other administrator if needed. The effective date is September 1, 2026. The salary range is $62,289 to $104,889, pending negotiations.
Health benefits include participation in the New Jersey School Employees' Health Benefits Program for medical benefits. Dental, vision, and prescription coverage are also offered. Employees will not qualify for FMLA/NJFLA until they meet the State and Federal requirements.
Qualifications:
Teacher of Math 6-8 and Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped.
Essential duties and responsibilities are detailed in the attached job description. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System is required.
Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy. The position is a 10-month contract with salary and benefits determined by the Board of Education and any applicable collective negotiations agreement.
