We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support local leadership and ensure field teams remain compliant with state and federal regulations while driving improvements in patient outcomes. This role partners closely with Area Managers (AMs), Regional Operations Directors (RODs), and clinical teams to monitor quality metrics, regulatory standards, and clinical performance across dialysis operations.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 40 hour weekly
  • Day shift only
  • Fixed schedule/no on-call
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Area Managers through EMR audits, lab data reviews, protocol adherence monitoring, and quality data analysis
  • Verify completion and accuracy of new patient admission documentation in EMR and laboratory systems
  • Review monthly lab data and escalate concerns to AMs/RODs as appropriate
  • Monitor medication protocol adherence and collaborate with Anemia Specialists, AMs, RODs, and dietitians on improvement initiatives
  • Track patient target weights and fluid management trends; identify and communicate clinical concerns
  • Review and maintain state survey reports, ensuring identified issues are addressed timely
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years RN experience, including at least 2 years in dialysis
  • Strong knowledge of Dialysis Conditions for Coverage and regulatory requirements
  • BSN preferred;
    Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing accepted
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent observation, critical thinking, analytical, and documentation abilities
  • Experience with conventional and daily dialysis therapy equipment
  • Familiarity with EMR and laboratory systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency; ability to navigate company EMR and laboratory systems
