* Job Description:
** - As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in evaluating patients and supporting physicians with exceptional patient care.
- Develop, implement, and document tailored nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Assess patient needs and prioritize care through thorough evaluation, planning, intervention, and ongoing assessment.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care with a focus on outcomes.
- Advocate for the highest standards of care by promoting evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centric care aligned with our professional nursing practice model.
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to create a healing environment.
- Embrace ongoing learning and adapt to the dynamic healthcare landscape with enthusiasm.
** Required
Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, with a focus on leukemia & lymphoma, in an inpatient setting.
- Proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and foundational nursing skills.

ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) - Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
** Certifications & Licensure:**
- Required:
- BLS - AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - ACLS Certification - Chemo Certification

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12 - Weekends and Holidays as needed
- No On-Call Requirement
