* Job Description:
** - Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- As a Registered Nurse, you will evaluate patients and assist physicians with their needs.
- Plan, implement, and document personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Identify patient priorities through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
- Manage the care of postpartum patients with compassion and expertise.
- Document care in accordance with established standards, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and innovation in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models.
- Embrace other duties and responsibilities as needed to support team goals.
** Required
Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum 3+ years of Mother-Baby experience is essential.
- Expertise in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum care.
- Strong soft skills related to Newborn care.

* Education Requirements:
**
- Required:
ASN (Associates in Nursing).
- Preferred: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
** Certifications & Licensure:**
- Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA endorsed.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- AWHONN-Advanced or C-EFM Certification (required for specific facilities).

** - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12 hour shifts.
- Every other weekend required.
- 3 out of 6 holidays required.
- No on-call requirement.
- No float requirement.
