* Job Description:
** - As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessment, thoughtful planning, effective intervention, and thorough evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care based on initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments guided by the patient’s problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health framework.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with skill and compassion.
- Manage the care of patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Document care meticulously, aligning with established standards of care and practice, reflecting patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice standards and support innovations in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care, adhering to a professional nursing practice model.
- Embrace additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to enhance our team and patient experience.

Skills & Experience:
** - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related specialty.

ASN degree.
- Preferred: BSN degree.

- BLS - AHA Certification.
- NRP Certification (AHA only).
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
