* Job Description:
** - Are you ready to make a significant impact on patient care? Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg/Older Pediatric/Hospice unit! - Evaluate patients and assist physicians in providing top-notch care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through detailed assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans, focusing on initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with compassion and skill.
- Manage care for a diverse group of patients.
- Document care in alignment with standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice standards and support the adoption of innovative care delivery methods.
- Provide patient-centric care in line with professional nursing practice models.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
** Required
Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Med Surg/Tele unit within a major acute care hospital setting.
- Strong background in Med Surg/Telemetry.

** - Experience in hospice care and compassion in taking care of hospice patients.
