• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• EMR: Epic — required
• Floating: Required as needed to units within the nurse’s competency
• Experience: 2+ years RN experience required; 5 years preferred
• Required Specialty Experience: Strong MS/Telemetry + Neuro experience in a major acute-care hospital
• Weekend: As needed
• Holidays: As needed
• Call: No call
• Certifications/Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, Telemetry, and 4-hour Contact Stroke CEU
• License: NJ RN license or Compact RN license
• Unit: Neuro Surgical Step Down / Cardiac Vascular & Post-Surgical Stepdown, caring for higher-acuity medical/surgical patients requiring close monitoring
• Preferred Skills: Ventilator management, post-cardiac surgery, and post-surgical experience
• Scrubs: Navy blue
