* Job Description:
** - Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of mothers and newborns? - As a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
- Your expertise will shine as you:
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with their care.
- Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care based on each patient's unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document care in accordance with standards based on patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice standards, embracing innovations in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care that aligns with our professional nursing model.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, always with a dedication to excellence.

Skills & Experience:
** - One (1) year of experience in a related specialty is essential.
- Hard
Skills:
Expertise in Labor and Delivery, Antepartum.
- Soft Skills:
Strong understanding of Newborn care.

* Education Requirements:

- Required:
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
** Certifications & Licensure:**
- Required:
- BLS (AHA) - NRP - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- Preferred: ACLS Certification.

* - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Work three (3) 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.
- No on-call or float requirements.
