Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Meat Department to achieve department goals including sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service while promoting promotions;
Assist with onboarding and training of new department associates and provide ongoing coaching;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HAACP, safety policies, and regulatory requirements;
Monitor and maintain department staffing, inventory, pricing accuracy, and display standards
