** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

+ Serve as the front desk point of contact, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs and/or sign-in records.

+ Monitor lobby activity, access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity or access concerns promptly.

+ Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

+ Assist with maintaining a professional, orderly reception area and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
