Are you looking for a temporary full-time office role this holiday season? For CEVA Venray
, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the team during a holiday and sickness cover period of approximately 10 weeks. This is a varied position where no two days are the same. From reception duties to administrative support and customer contact, you will play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Interested? Apply today.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support different departments with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. Like providing reception support and welcoming visitors. Or assisting with administrative and office-related tasks. You will work independently while also collaborating closely with colleagues.

Working hours

You will work full-time from Monday to Friday. The working hours are generally scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00 hrs.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and other computer applications
  • Ability to work independently on administrative and office tasks
  • Proactive attitude and hands‑on approach
  • Flexibility to support different departments when needed
  • Availability fora full-time workweek of 40 hours, for approximately 10 weeks
