Espria zoekt een ervaren Programmamanager (32 uur) voor het programma toekomstbestendige zorg thuis. Je leidt de stuurgroep en programmateam, bewaakt samenhang en voortgang en versterkt de projectleiderscapaciteit.
Je bepaalt mijlpalen en KPI's, richt stuurinformatie in en faciliteert kwartaalthema's. Wij bieden een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vaste aanstelling, CAO VVT FWG 65, pensioenopbouw, eindjaarsuitkering en ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.
