In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en correcte salarisadministratie en geef je leiding aan een team van salarisadministrateurs. Je hebt een HBO-diploma, PDL en VPS, en ervaring met AFAS is vereist. Je adviseert over CAO-bepalingen en wetgeving, waarborgt kwaliteit en optimaliseert processen. Een prettige werksfeer en een marktconform salaris volgens de Bakkers CAO worden aangeboden.
