Position: 32 hours / 4 days Front Desk Agent
Location: Badhoevedorp

What do we do?

The work of our department is very diverse, everyday is different. Within your role as a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include the safety and experience of our hotel guests. The work includes:

Welcoming, checking in and checking out our hotel guests
Optimising the guest experience and ensuring they have an unforgettable time
Dealing with and resolving hotel guests' challenges and inconveniences
Various administrative duties
F&B work
Keeping guests informed of fun events in the area

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with the following skills and attributes:

You have good communication skills in Dutch and English
You have experience with a hotel reservation system, preferably MEWS
You have previous working experience in a hotel
You have a hospitable attitude
You are flexible and enjoy working different shifts, including weekends and holidays
You are independent
