Van der Valk Hotel Volendam zoekt een Supervisory Frontoffice om het Frontoffice-team aan te sturen en gasten hartelijk te ontvangen. Je bewaakt de servicekwaliteit, stuurt processen aan en werkt hands-on op de werkvloer aan een onvergetelijk verblijf.
De rol vereist MBO 3-4 Frontoffice, flexibiliteit in werktijden en basis Engels/ Duits. Het hotel biedt een dynamische werkomgeving, korte communicatielijnen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het familiebedrijf.
