Landal Miggelenberg zoekt een General Manager om de volledige bedrijfsvoering van het park te leiden, met focus op gastvrijheid, kwaliteit en een sterke teamcultuur. Je geeft richting aan dagelijkse operaties en werkt aan ontwikkeling van het park om gasten en medewerkers gemotiveerd te houden.
Je zult zorgen voor een positieve werkomgeving, financiële sturing en samenwerking tussen disciplines. Een HBO-opleiding, ruime leidinggevende ervaring en een passie voor hospitality zijn vereist.
