Vermaat Groep zoekt een Floormanager in opleiding bij La Place Apeldoorn de Somp, een ontmoetingsplek voor zakelijke gasten en reizigers. Je leert leidinggeven in een team terwijl je meewerkt in het restaurant.
In deze rol krijg je persoonlijke begeleiding van de horecamanager en krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden in het motiveren van collega's, het maken van planningen, en het waarborgen van hygiëne en veiligheid te ontwikkelen.
