Skik is op zoek naar een ervaren horecamedewerker met leidinggevende capaciteiten voor onze indoorspeeltuin met bowling en horecagelegenheden. Je stuurt het horecateam aan, plant roosters, bewaakt service en zorgt voor een gastvrije beleving voor parkgasten en daggasten.
Je werkt nauw samen met de collega-teamleider horeca en een team van parttime, seizoens- en oproepkrachten. Je bent flexibel, ook in weekends en schoolvakanties, en zoekt continu naar verbetering en kostenbewust handelen.
