Een groeiend installatiebedrijf in Noord-Brabant zoekt een Recruiter die het wervingsproces voor 24 tot 32 uur per week verzorgt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van intakes, actief zoeken naar nieuwe kandidaten, en adviseren van leidinggevenden over de arbeidsmarkt. De ideale kandidaat heeft HBO-niveau, ervaring in techniek of bouw, en toont oprechte aandacht voor kandidaten. De functie biedt een marktconform salaris van €3.500 tot €4.000 bruto per maand.
