Location: Straat
Een maatschappelijke organisatie in Limburg zoekt een ervaren HR Adviseur voor Via Jeugd. Je adviseert managers en medewerkers over HR-vraagstukken en werkt aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. In deze rol krijg je energie van het professionaliseren van HR-processen en ben je zowel tactisch als operationeel betrokken. Je hebt een hbo-opleiding in HRM en ruime ervaring in HR-advies. Het betreft een functie voor 28 uur per week met een salaris conform CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken.
